Born and raised in Philadelphia, Nikki studied theater and film at Temple University. At the age of 21, she became an assistant rep. A year later with nothing to lose and too young to think she’d ever fail, she established her company where she built a successful roster by faking it until she made it.

After spending years commuting between Chicago and Los Angeles (let’s face it, Chicago is way too cold) Nikki eventually made Los Angeles her permanent home, where she resides with her wife, Jill, and their two children.

Nikki is a passionate advocate for underrepresented and marginalized filmmakers and artists. She proudly launched the now defunct initiative, Free The Bid / Free The Work, helping to amplify diverse voices in advertising and Hollywood. Her continued dedication reflects her commitment to fostering inclusivity and representation in media.

Beyond her work in advertising, Nikki has made significant contributions to the entertainment industry. She has served as a consultant for ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy and received a GLAAD award for her appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show. She might have even starred in a Showtime docu series (if you know, you know.). Additionally, Nikki has been involved in developing and producing television, film and music projects with various clients.

Nikki is an active member of The Television Academy, The Screen Actors Guild, The Association of Independent Commercial Production, GLAAD and The Female Founder Collective.
